Job Scope:

Lead the sales and beautician team to achieve company objectives




Drive the team to maintain good relationship with customers by offering a unique and prestigious service




Manage the daily running of beauty shop and maintain the highest standard of shop environment




Be the guarantor of the arrangement of the sales area and products display




Provide beautician training and coaching to my company team when necessarily




Manage inventory and replenishment requests




Handle the regular KPI report

Job Requirements

Min 5 years experience in beauty industry with at least 3 years at store supervisor or manager level





Ability to meet or exceed sales, as well as customer service standards





Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and business acumen





Self-motivated, customer-focused and task-oriented





Good attitude, able to convey professionalism





Able to work on weekend and retail hours
