Responsible in organizing and executing training programs
Training includes providing treatment skills, product knowledge; in-house and/or at customers salons or via Zoom meetings
Develop treatments aligned with the Brand and Training guidelines
Conducts and publicly speak in Beauty Workshop, Events and Product Launches
Works closely and provides feedback to the Brand’s Regional team to develop, execute and follow-up with related projects and programs align with Company and Brand’s direction
Ensure delivery of excellent training protocol and engaging with B2B customers to optimize brand image
Gather customers’ feedback for training enhancement and development
Organize and conduct demonstrations, seminars and workshops
Participate in local and international seminars / conferences
Monitor and evaluate training progress of B2B customers at salons
Build and strengthen good rapport with customers with outstanding people skills
Possess excellent skill in customer relationship management
Always plays a role as a bridge / ambassador between the Management and team members to establish a positive relation and engagement with sales team to promote harmonious teamwork
Focusing on soft skills, customer service and service excellence training; advantage if you possess entrepreneurial attitude
Require travelling to B2B customers / new recruits/beauticians at outlets to ensure beauticians knowledge on training, protocols and products and to ensure cleanliness at all times
Based in Singapore
Requirement:
Preferably with Diploma holder and/or ACLP, CIBTAC
With at least 5 years’ experience in the salon / skincare / retail industry.
Must be able to create Powerpoint presentation and with Excel knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects.
