Timing:
5 days in the week from Monday to Sunday (rostered)
(3 rotating shifts)
AM: 8am-5pm
PM: 12pm-9pm
Night: 9pm-8am
Salary: $1800
Shift allowance for 2/3 shift:
Weekday 2nd shift - $4
Weekday 3rd shift - $25
Weekend 2nd shift - $6
Weekend 3rd shift - $38
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing bed allocation services and administrative duties in BMU. Senior BMU Coordinator overseas the bed management services and mentors BMU Coordinator.
- Perform bed allocation duties with SAP and other systems, complying to a set of rules and priorities as established by the hospital, and assignment of beds to patients shall be in accordance to patients\' needs and choice where possible.
- Coordinate patient movement with wards and other departments based on bed status.
- Answer phone calls to handle bed enquiries and respond to or follow up on bed/transfer requests.
- Collate, analyze and submit regular statistical reports (e.g. bed utilization report) to Senior Management and Ministry of Health on a timely basis.
