\xef\x83\x98 Responsible for providing bed allocation services and administrative duties in BMU. Senior BMU Coordinator overseas the bed management services and mentors BMU Coordinator.
\xef\x83\x98 Perform bed allocation duties with SAP and other systems, complying to a set of rules and priorities as established by the hospital, and assignment of beds to patients shall be in accordance to patients\' needs and choice where possible.
\xef\x83\x98 Coordinate patient movement with wards and other departments based on bed status.
\xef\x83\x98 Answer phone calls to handle bed enquiries and respond to or follow up on bed/transfer requests.
\xef\x83\x98 Collate, analyze and submit regular statistical reports (e.g. bed utilization report) to Senior Management and Ministry of Health on a timely basis.
