Responsibilities

You will:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel.
• Safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms or vehicles.
• Assist guests with their luggage, both upon check-in and check-out.
• Maintain the organization and security of the luggage storage area.
• Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Arrange for transportation services like taxis, shuttles, or car rentals.
• Book reservations for dining, entertainment, or other activities.
• Monitor and restock supplies like umbrellas, luggage carts, and guest amenities.
• Coordinate special requests, such as floral arrangements or special occasions.
• Report any suspicious activities or items to the security team or management.
• Anticipate and meet guests\' needs to enhance their experience.
• Assist with the delivery of packages or mail to guest rooms.
• Perform other duties assigned by the hotel management.

Job Requirements

You have:

N\' levels or higher

Preferably has relevant experience with hotel background

Good Spoken and written English

Physical fit

Passion in Service and loves to interact with the Guests

Willingness to perform shifts
