Transporting guest luggage and responsible for unloading luggage at curbside upon a guest\'s arrival as well as delivering the luggage to a guest\'s room after check-in.
Bellmen also place luggage according to the guest\'s request and make sure that everything in the room is satisfactory.
Bell service staff also store luggage for guests as needed before or after check-in/checkout, and load it directly into the taxicab or rental vehicle upon request.
Responsible for delivering the food or other items guests order to their rooms and also assist guests with laundry service.
Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurant, doctor, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.
Bellmen can also assist with getting a rental car as well as calling for or hailing a cab for guests.
Be prepared to recommend first and foremost the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s own Food and Beverage outlets before any other, making himself totally familiar with the operating times and each outlets benefit.
Ensure the lobby always kept in an orderly fashion.
Responsible for maintenance of the hotel information directory (function board) and ensures the information shown in current and accurate at all time.
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the Management or Concierge Supervisor from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent experience.
Language: English and others.
Computer: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
Experience: 1 year experience in Concierge or related discipline with 6month in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
