Beverage Application Intern - Your future position?

Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8

Reporting to: Senior Application Technologist

Core Responsibilities

Beverage Application
Support in developing product formats/concepts for beverages, exploring different flavors and ingredients. Support in conducting evaluations of demos/market samples and record the data in relevant database To apply flavours into different beverage end products for evaluations To support in shelf life monitoring tests of beverage samples Upkeep of flavour library

Stability Testing
Prepare stability test prototypes and collect data Take and edit photos of the prototypes in the photobox, and draft interim reports Collection Review Support collection reviews by applying flavours into simple bases, participating in sensory evaluation sessions of market products and flavour samples, as well as conducting sensory mapping and data analysis.

Lab Maintenance
Maintain the inventory list of raw materials, flavors and finished products. Ensure that items are replenished and within shelf life.

Main Requirements

Bachelors or Diploma in Chemistry or Food Science If pursuing full time,

student must be taking up this internship as a school requirement
