Our client is the global multidisciplinary architectural and engineering design group looking for a bid specialist to join their growing organization.The Job

• Prepare and review bid documents, including proposals, technical specifications, drawings, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage the bid submission process, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines, including post-submission follow-ups.
• Liaise and negotiate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the bidding process.
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover potential opportunities and clients, and assist in developing strategic solutions aligned with RFP/Tender requirements. Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of the bidding process and performance.

The Talent

• Holds a bachelor\'s degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in bidding for government-related projects in the built environment.
• Experienced in the bidding process for government-related projects within the built environment, including tender submissions and evaluations.
• Strong understanding of local market conditions, regulations, policies, and procedures for government tenders and contracts, providing an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Also responsible for maintaining the tender database with the corporate functions team.
