We are seeking a talented Bid Manager for our Singapore studio.In Brief:\xe2\x97\x8f You will lead and manage bids and track major KPIs.\xe2\x97\x8f You will govern and drive RFP Responses, Central repository, Contract coordination, Process Management, Success Programmes and Internal Governance Role.\xe2\x97\x8f You will forecast metrics related to the projects, programs, portfolios, resources, risks, etc.\xe2\x97\x8f You will generate reports for different levels of management to help them make timely decisions.\xe2\x97\x8f You will produce customer facing imagery and designs that convey value propositions, win themes and the solution narrative.\xe2\x97\x8f You will be responsible for creating compelling designs, illustrations and graphics in a variety of formats, including but not limited to: high profile presentations, diagrams, maps, infographics, document design, exhibition and visual materials.\xe2\x97\x8f You are confident in your ability to visualize your concepts and articulate your ideas to clients.\xe2\x97\x8f You are to ensure compliance with required proposal deliverables.\xe2\x97\x8f You are to create and manage a range of document and presentation templates.\xe2\x97\x8f You will work with subject matter experts to turn written, numerical and existing content into compelling graphical representations.\xe2\x97\x8f You will work within corporate brand guidelines.Requirements\xe2\x97\x8f You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Design/PM background or training. Obtaining Nicmar/PMI certification is an asset.\xe2\x97\x8f You are well versed in advanced desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, and Microsoft Office + Work on Google Suite\xe2\x97\x8f You have experience in collaborating with diverse, cross cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.\xe2\x97\x8f You have proven skills in producing proposal content within a complex business environment. International experience is an asset.\xe2\x97\x8f You have the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\xe2\x97\x8f You have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\xe2\x97\x8f You will take on a techno commercial role with consciousness to quality.\xe2\x97\x8f You possess a good eye for layout and design and is attentive to details.\xe2\x97\x8f You have good oral and written communication skills.BenefitsTo find out more visit
