Salary: $3000 - $6000KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Find and pre-qualify tender opportunities in sites e.g. GeBIZ, Ariba, newspaper, websites.
• Preparing and reviewing bid documents, such as proposals, technical specifications, drawings, timeline schedules, budgets, etc.
• Coordinating and managing the bid submission process, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines; including post-submission follow ups
• Liaising and negotiating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the bidding process.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and clients.
• Assist in the development of strategic solutioning for the client in line with requirements of RFP/ Tender.
• Providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of the bidding process and performance.
• Work with corporate functions team to maintain the tender\'s database.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor\'s degree or higher in Quantity Survey, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in bidding for government-related projects in the built environment. Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior role.
• Familiar with the process of government-related projects bids within the built environment; including tender submissions and evaluation.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, regulations, policies and procedures for government tenders and contracts will be an added advantage.
