Duration: 6 months (Extendable) Working Location: Kallang Sector Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Salary: $3,000 to $3,500 (Based on experience) Incentives: 0.5 month c Duration : 6 months (Extendable) Working Location : Kallang Sector Working Days : Monday to Friday Working Hours : 8.30am to 6pm Salary : $3,000 to $3,500 (Based on experience) Incentives: 0.5 month completion bonus Industry : Utility services Job Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs/regulatory requirements are met Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of EBS bills to customers Responsible for meeting the section's KPI, e.g., the monthly closing of billing cycle Supervise and provide guidance to team leaders and staffs Review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity Manage complaints (Internal and external), liaise with relevant stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement Liaise with ITD or/and any other external vendors on system changes and feasibility studies Liaise with Principals, vendors and stakeholders on operational matters Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/initiatives Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time The Ideal Candidate Degree in a business/technical discipline with at least 2 years of working experience in an IT project environment Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work in a team Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position and/or for more career opportunities, please send us an updated copy of your resume.
