Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Finance team. Based in Singapore and reporting into the Assistant Manager, the incumbent will assist with statutory reporting, ensuring effective and efficient finance operations and accurate and timely accounting and reporting. However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in accounting or fixed assets, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do

• You will update of acquisitions, disposals, transfers or fixed assets in the SAP fixed assets module, depreciation computation, month-end and year-end reconciliations and other supporting schedules.
• You will maintain the policy, ensure proper fixed assets records.
• You will ensure correct accounting of fixed assets.
• You will assist in fixed assets verification exercise.
• You will liaise with stakeholders if there is any discrepancy reported.

Who You Are

• You will need a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• You will need at least 3 years working experience in relevant areas.
• You should have strong working knowledge of SAP accounting system.
• You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and be comfortable in working with multiple business systems.
• You should have good analytical ability, a positive attitude and is a strong team player.
• You will need strong interpersonal skills to maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders.
