Responsibilities:
- Perform billing activities as per agreed schedule and ensure bills are dispatched on time.
- Work with various parties to perform invoice rejections investigation and to resolve invoice rejections in a prompt and timely manner.
- Work closely with IT and Finance to promptly resolve all month end closing issues for smooth closing.
- Perform and complete all month end closing tasks per closing schedule.
- Promptly prepare and dispatch reports to various stakeholders.
- Work with digital team to digitalise/automate billing processes, reports, and workflow.
- To perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder. Candidates with business or accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Have an eye for details.
- Proactive, self-starter, able to multi-task.
- A team player & able to work independently.
- Possess good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly driven to achieve excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
