Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Supply Chain
- Position Title: Billing Officer/ Billing Executive
- Working Location: Pioneer (Transport Provided from Boon Lay & Pioneer MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + Lunch Provided
- Duration: Permanent
- Responsible for all the billing matters
- Ensure all the invoices, debit notes, credit notes are raised to the customer timely and accurately
- Liaise with relevant departments and customers to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure all the outstanding billing issues are followed up and settled promptly
- Other accounting duties
- Diploma in Accounting/ Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
