Job Description
:Industry: LogisticsMNC EnvironmentLocation: EastResponsibilities:
- Invoices customer based on tariff in Account Profile
- Generate invoices for posting to customers
- Generate monthly summary reports for customers
- Interact with internal and external customers on rates amd charges disputes.
- Attend to customers\'s enquries
- Ensure jobs are received promptly and billings on time
- General administartive duties
- Provide guidance to Billinsg Assistant / Junior staffs
- Basic Airfreight Knowledge
- Basic Billings knowledge
- Computer literate
- Positive Working Attitude
- Readily complies with procedures and regulations and is exemplary in conduct
- Abilities to take actions whenever necessary to get work done
