Permanent role (AWS & Bonus, Incentive, A/L, medical insurance)
Job Scope:
Invoices customer based on tariff in Account Profile
Generate invoices for posting to customers
Generate monthly summary reports for customers
Interact with internal and external customers on rates and charges disputes.
Attend to customers' enquires
Ensure jobs are received promptly and billings on time
General administrative duties
Provide guidance to Billing sg Assistant / Junior staffs
