Job Description

We are looking for a competent Billing Specialist to undertake various financial and non-financial tasks to help guarantee our partner's revenue.We know it can be tricky to apply for roles, wondering if the position is right for you and if you and your experience are suitable for the part. • Handle the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork.

• Manage the billing CS queue by answering and resolving customer questions and concerns.

• Maintain target metrics and goals monthly.

• Work and collaborate with different departments to ensure the company's overall success.

• Assume the responsibility for receiving and sorting incoming payments with keen attention to detail.

• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.

• Handle billing-related concerns: cancellations, downgrade requests, account ownership changes.

• Answer billing-related questions: billing cycles, amount due, and give quotations if asked about upgrades and changes to the account.

• Follow up on pending customer concerns by reaching out and asking if additional assistance is needed.

• Work with the billing/ finance lead to improve processes and target metrics needed.

• Work with the PTeam lead on coaching, goal settings, and development.

• Maintain the billing CS queue at minimal numbers and avoid excessive backlogs.

• Collaborate with the CS and PTeam to resolve customer concerns and process improvements and queries.
