Bim Coordinator ($3500 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- To manage and coordinate production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents with minimal supervision
- Manage and deliver a fully coordinated federated model in agreed formats
- Assists BIM Manager in the implementation of BIM
- Assist BIM Manager to update and revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure BIM Models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM base quantification and 4D simulation
- Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements
- Coordinate with Consultants, SWCs & sub-contractor
- Use of BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as-built
- Diploma or equivalent in C&S/ Architectural/ M&E/ Building services or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in BIM/ Revit (Architectural/ Structural and Reinforcement/ MEP modelling and Navisworks is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
