Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage BIM models throughout all project stages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design coordination and technical issues. Prepare BIM documentation, including BEP, coordination reports, 3D visualizations, and model updates for submission. Generate coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models from BIM data for project handover.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Candidate possess Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM), BIM Management is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination within the construction industry. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and BIM. Good understanding of BCA BIM standards and IDD framework. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. A positive team player who can work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
