Working Day: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday Half Day) Working Hour: 815am - 530pm // 815am-1230pm Working Location: Tagore Dr Salary Range: $4,200-$5,500

What you'll be doing?

BIM Modeling

: Prepare project models and construction documents using advanced BIM software.

Workflow Management

: Establish and optimize project workflows throughout all project phases.

Project Administration

: Handle BIM project set-up and provide ongoing project administration support.

Coordination

: Take responsibility for clash coordination and BIM coordination on construction sites.

Model Updates

: Prepare and update Revit Models, ensuring accurate coordination drawings.

Drawing Production

: Create detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Data Management

: Liaise with Project Document Controllers to ensure accurate data transfer and management.

Who are they looking for?

BIM Certification

: Hold a recognized BIM certificate, demonstrating your expertise in this field.

Dual Experience

: Bring at least 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator and 5 years as an Electrical Engineer, offering a unique blend of skills.

Drawing Proficiency

: Ability to read and understand technical drawings with ease.

Software Mastery

: Proven expertise in Revit (certified specialist) and Navisworks.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Project Experience

: Familiarity with BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion is highly valued.
