Job Summary

The

BIM Coordinator

will be responsible for managing and coordinating all BIM-related activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in BIM and M&E systems, with excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure model integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and coordinate BIM workflows for M&E projects from design to construction. Develop, maintain, and update BIM models using

Revit

and

AutoCAD

in accordance with project and client standards. Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and M&E models to ensure design accuracy and clash-free models. Conduct

clash detection

, prepare coordination reports, and resolve conflicts through collaboration with project teams. Set up and manage

BIM execution plans (BEP)

,

model standards

, and

naming conventions

. Create and manage

Revit worksets

, work-sharing processes, and model linking for multi-disciplinary teams. Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless BIM coordination and data exchange. Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting BIM modellers or draftsmen to ensure consistent modeling quality. Manage drawings and models on platforms such as

SharePoint

FTP

, or other project collaboration systems. Ensure adherence to workplace

safety standards

and company policies at all times.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Building Services

,

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

,

Architecture

, or related discipline. Minimum

3 years of experience

in BIM coordination within the construction or M&E industry. Strong proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

,

Navisworks

, and

AutoCAD

. Familiarity with

Singapore BIM standards

and

HDB project requirements

will be an advantage. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. * Able to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines.
