to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and ensuring seamless collaboration across project teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining model integrity, adhering to industry standards, and driving project success through effective use of BIM technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflows in line with project requirements and standards such as ISO 19650.
Coordinate and manage digital models for multidisciplinary projects, ensuring integration and clash detection are completed.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to align project goals and resolve design conflicts.
Support the creation, validation, and maintenance of 3D/4D/5D models for project delivery.
Conduct regular model audits to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, providing technical support and training to team members as required.
Manage and update project documentation, including model version control and data exchange logs.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation in BIM workflows.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of models submitted as deliverables.
Stay updated with advancements in BIM tools, standards, and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in BIM coordination or similar roles.
Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Dynamo.
Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 19650, IFC, and COBie.
Experience with clash detection and model validation.
Familiarity with 4D and 5D BIM processes and tools (e.g., Synchro, CostX).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges in model coordination.
Knowledge of programming and scripting (e.g., Python, C#, or Dynamo) is a plus.
