Proficient in BIM Authoring tools for BIM Modelling and Coordination * Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage design coordination * Attend BIM Coordination meeting Proficient in BIM Authoring tools for BIM Modelling and Coordination Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage design coordination Attend BIM Coordination meetings and any other meetings relevant to his works Lead BIM Coordination between Client, Consultant, Contractor, and Sub-Contractors Effectively communicate details and updates for BIM Modeller Assist BIM Manager in maintaining good BIM practices for implementation in the project BIM Specialist Diploma / BCAA or similar in one of the following disciplines: (Architectural, Industrial Design, Projects & Facilities Management) Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure) with 2 years of relevant working experience in a construction MRT project Hands-on experience in BIM Authoring tools & reviewing tools and software Passionate about BIM / VDC Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure Competency in the following software: Revit Architecture/ Revit Structure / Revit MEP/ AutoCAD/ Bentley Open Building Designer, will be an advantage
