Coordinate/ Construct 3D model and prepare architectural, structural or M&E shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software & Telka.
Conduct 3D modeling, coordination and create 4D construction sequence simulation animation.
Production of high quality rendered images from 3D models via Revit, Sketchup and Navisworks Manage.
Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.
Monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
Manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client and stakeholders.
Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs

Requirement:

Degree in Architectural Studies or Engineering, Construction & Technology, Design for Manufacturing or equivalent program
At least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the construction industry with hands on experience in Lumion, Fuzor, Revizto Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other VDC softwares
Candidates who are formally trained in BIM (Specialist Diploma or BCAA or equivalent Modelling Training Certification) will have an added advantage
Good technical knowledge
Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven with the initiative to work independently
Understanding of typical architectural rendering process
Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Excellent time management skills.
