Job Description


$4K+ AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities

  • Quantity take-off for tenders and projects.
  • Review project specs and tender clarification.
  • Utilize AutoCad and other software to create detailed drawings, updating & drawing reviewing.
  • Structural setting and sections.
  • Preparation of construction drawings, structural and architectural details for awarded projects.
  • BIM customisation, design & coordination.
  • Conduct comprehensive 3D Model reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with project specifications.
  • Identify potential design clashes and suggesting practical solutions to optimize project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
