Job Description
$6K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- To lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies.
- To liaise with Project team on BIM implementation based on Project Need & requirement.
- To prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- To handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.
- To monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
- To manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, clients and stakeholders.
- Detailed knowledge of Singapore code of Practices, regulations and specifications for the construction industry.
- Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of design authoring and collaboration technology tools in construction projects.
- Degree in Architecture / Civil / M&E Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Autocad, Revit & Navisworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
