Bim Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Establish BIM implementation strategy, requirements, process and workflow
Maintain parametric links with the BIM Models to enable automatic generation of drawings
Derive and generate drawings from the BIM Models.
Lead and support the BIM project team to adopt BIM tool or other technologies in project.
Develop trainings for the project team in using BIM tools and latest knowledge in BIM’s requirements and developments
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in BIM Managerial work
Degree in Architectural / Engineering or equivalent
Well versed in code compliance in Archi, C&S and M&E works
Experience in leading BIM Team in BIM production, coordination and document control
VDC experience is an added advantage
Good judgment, prompt decision-making and ability to meet tight deadline
Good interpersonal, management and communication skill
