Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of the project BIM strategy and related digital systems which shall include the generation, revision, visualization, analytical and collaborative use of BIM
- Establish and implement BIM Execution Plan, maintain BIM standards and be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes
- Work project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination
- manage the overall BIM deliverables for the project
- Checked and reviewed all BIM deliverables
- Conduct training related to BIM system, tools and standards
- Any related tasks or jobs assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Building or a relevant related field
- Shop Drawing Detail (construction) experience is a must
- Proficient in using BIM and AUTODESK softwares in drawing
- Must have Knowledge in Autodesk Revit and AutoCad 2D, 3D
- Preferably with Knowledge in Autodesk Inventor, Lumion and Naviswork
- Strong leadership skill and able to communicate well among all stake holders and BIM team members
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in BIM related design, drafting or engineering
- Hands on experience in drafting using BIM / Revit
