Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for the overall management of a team of drafters Responsible for the preparation of project drafting plan and deliverables with project engineer Familiar with BIM execution plan, requirements, process and workflow. Manage the drafting resources to meet the project timelines Develop drafting standard and procedures Develop team performance through capability development and specific/constructive feedback Ensure relevant latest standards, codes and procedures are applied to all drawings Ensure that team members and managers are consistently well informed about projects and timelines Participates in knowledge and information sharing with other team membersKEY REQUIREMENT Diploma/Degree in Engineering in Civil & Structural, preferably with Specialist Diploma in BIM Minimum 4 - 6 years' of relevant experience Prior experience in leading a team of drafters. Familiar with the local codes of practice, relevant regulations and working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures Proficient with BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, Naviswork, Microstation, etc. Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English A team, client and delivery focused working style
