Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the implementation of the project BIM/VDC/IDD strategy and related digital systems which shall include the generation, revision, visualization, analytical and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the implementation of the project BIM/VDC/IDD strategy and related digital systems which shall include the generation, revision, visualization, analytical and collaborative use of BIM. Implement BIM Execution Plan, maintain BIM standards and be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes for all disciplines. Lead a team of BIM coordinators/modelers for all disciplines including Architecture, Civil Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, and BIM specialists. Manage QAQC and BIM documentation for adherence to established standards and guides by adhering to the latest industry standards. Work with stakeholders and the project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modeling and coordination. Engage project team members to innovate and leverage advanced digital/BIM tools and methodology to improve quality, productivity, and project delivery. Requirements: Degree/ Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building, or a relevant related field Minimum of 10 years of BIM technologies with hands-on experience in Construction, including VDC framework Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaborative technology Trained and proficient in Autodesk Revit, Naviswork, and Civil 3D. Experience with Fuzor VDC will be an added advantage Experience in either Civil or Building or both sectors.
