As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for driving BIM (Building Information Modelling) strategy and promoting the benefits of IDD (Integrated Digital Delivery) way of working. You will oversee the production of project information models relating to 3D visualizations, 4D scheduling, 5D quantity/estimates & 6D facility management data associated with the design, tender, construction, and completion phase of a project(s) in a timely manner while meeting Client's requirements. Responsibilities: Driving implementation of the project BIM/VDC/IDD strategy and related digital systems which shall include the generation, revision, visualization, analytical and collaborative use of BIM. Lead a team of BIM coordinators/ modellers for all disciplines including Architecture, Civil Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and BIM specialists. Establish and implement BIM Execution Plan, maintain BIM standards and be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes for all disciplines. Manage and enforce quality control/ assurance, BIM documentation for adherence to established standards and guides. Adhering to the latest industry standards. Work with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination. Engage project team members to innovate and leverage on advanced digital/BIM tools and methodology to improve quality, productivity and project delivery. Conduct training and assist project members on the use of BIM software. Ensure BIM software are installed and are operating properly. Coordinate BIM file-exchanges, maintain project BIM data and archiving of submittals at established milestones in compliance with client's requirements. Schedule and chair BIM meetings with BIM coordinators/modellers. Requirements: Degree/ Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building or a relevant related field Minimum of 5 years of advance and progressive BIM technologies with hands-on experience in Construction, including VDC framework Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaborative technology Must be trained and proficient in Autodesk Revit, Naviswork and Civil 3D. Experience with Fuzor VDC will be an added advantage Has gained experiences of coordination in multi-disciplinary design environment.
