McConnell Dowell is looking to hire a BIM Manager for one of our major civil infrastructure projects in Singapore.

About the Role

• The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience in BIM processes and Tools, including responding to client requirements, project setup and technical implementation.
• Direct reporting to the Project Design Manager for the performance of BIM documentation, deliverables, and processes within the assigned project and assisting the Design/Construction Team with daily activities.
• Functional reporting to the Digital Engineering Manager (SEA) the primary objective is to assist in the development and management of BIM documentation, deliverables and processes within the assigned project.
• Responsible for the use of BIM / Digital Engineering across the project.
• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the project.
• Development and implementation of Building Information Management (BIM) systems.
• Lead and/or assist in creating BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D), and Cost Estimating (5D).

About You

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering with more than 5 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, BIM modelling and/or coordination (services).
• Formally trained in Specialist Diploma in BIM, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in services coordination using BIM in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
• Experience in CCSM and coordination with SWC in a major civil infrastructure project.
• Passionate about McConnell Dowell\xe2\x80\x99s values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, working together, and performance excellence.

• Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
• Able to commence work within short notice.
