Job Description

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and working closely with different stake holders such as designers, architect, project teams etc.
• Overseeing the high standard of the M&E design coordination, shop drawings, BIM modelling and all service\'s coordination interfacing.
• Leading team and provide guidance to the team members
• Overseeing the BIM budgets
• Keep up-to-date with the changes of the industry requirement

Requirements

• Minimum a diploma in relevant studies
• Minimum 10 years of experience in M&E design coordination.
• Proficient in BIM modelling, shop drawing, 2D, 3D etc.
