Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform drawing work using BIM software as assigned by the Manager in charge Update models and notify Project Manager of any changes Liaise with architects and coordinate drawing submissions Input detailed finishing elements into drawings as needed Check for clashes and ensure drawing accuracy Coordinate and monitor the shop drawing submission schedule Produce and revise shop drawings based on engineer/manager inputs Ensure timely turnaround of revised drawings
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil / Structural / Building or equivalent At least 1 years of relevant BIM experience Proficient in BIM tools: Autodesk Revit (Archi & MEP), Navisworks Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP integration Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies * Good communication and teamwork skills
