JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title BIM Modeller Occupation 3D Modeller & Requirements Prepare submission for construction shop drawing, details drawing, as-built drawing using Autocad & Revit Software Maintain & update drawings as needed & make corrections to drawings as directed by superiors To co-ordinate with site staff/engineer with regards to details, penetration and all others necessary sketch requested by Main Contractor & Consultants Maintaining the drawings reports and records BIM MEP Model with BIM Executive Plan (BEP) to meet client's Requirements Experience / Skills Diploma in Engineering or other relevant disciplines. Preferably with minimum 2 years of working experience in design coordination. Familiar in operation and have good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD, etc. Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within team environment when required. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
