Bim Modeller & Cad Drafter
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Preparation and drafting of M&E/ Technical drawings for projects, tender submissions, etc.
Space planning, conceptual design development and detailing
Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices.
Produce documentation
Assist in coordination and rectification
Create and update BIM models based on information provided
To assist Senior Designer with DWG drawings
To develop shop drawings
To develop Electrical drawings
Requirements:
At least 2 year or close to 2 year experience in BIM Modeling work
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Experienced in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, EPLAN.
Candidate with experience in BIM Coordination using coordination or visualization software is an added advantage
