Able to carry out proper procedures and preparations for M&E system design drafting for assigned projects. - Production of ACMV shop drawings, as-built drawings and well versed in BIM modelling.
Support and develop shop & as-built drawings according to the schedule and achieve the drawing submission schedule.
Trouble shoot any BIM related issues. - Other duties as and when assigned.
Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD software
Experience in ACMV or coordination in construction industry
Hands on experience in ACMV drawings
Good command of English
Attention to detail and willing to learn
Requirements:
Process at least Diploma in M&E.
Proficiency with Auto Desk Revit, Auto Desk Navisworks & Autocad through understanding of HVAC and piping system
Have at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience
Experience in ACMV or coordination in construction indust
Trouble shoot any BIM related issues.
Other duties as and when assigned.
Good command of English interpersonal skills, initiative and positive working attitude.
Good command of English.
Able to commit 5.5 days work week.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
