To perform drawing and designing work by using BIM Software;
Ensure that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements;
Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model changes;
Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform;
Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build;
Carry out proper procedures and preparations for drafting for the different stages of the project assigned;
Production of shop-drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models if required;
Maintain records for changes and updates on drawings;
Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree Holder in Engineering and its equivalent;
Proficient in BIM Revit and AutoCAD software is a must;
Must be able to work independently with ability in problem solving;
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
Strong analytical, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, multi-tasker, able to work independently and a pro-active team player.
