Job Description

Preparation of drawings using relevant software platforms (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, etc.). Develop BIM modelling and perform basic clash detection (Navisworks). Draft plans and detailed frawings from sketches or notes. Attend ICE meetings / coordination meetings with other sub-contractors, suppliers, main contractors and other project team members, as and when required. Liaise with other project team members for accuracy of drawings Plan and manage drawing request to meet the submission deadlines. On time delivery of all drawings, correct and accurate drawings and maintain softcopy of drawings with proper documentation and identification procedure. Document control of submissions and maintain records for changes and updates to drawings (shop drawing, construction drawing, approved drawings, as-built drawings). Assist to carry out verification of measurements, as and when require. Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.

Job requirements:

Relevant Diploma / Degree or equivalant in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Job experience in P&S field is preferred. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Microsoft Office. * Good understanding of BCA / PUB regulations.
