About the role

As a BIM Modeller, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of complex engineering projects. This full-time position will see you utilising your expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to create detailed 3D models, ensuring the seamless integration of design and construction workflows.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for a range of engineering projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design changes and client requirements Conduct clash detection and coordinate model elements to identify and resolve conflicts Generate deliverables such as drawings, schedules and visualisations from the BIM models Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency across projects Provide training and support to project stakeholders on the use of BIM technology Continuously explore and implement new BIM methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller or similar role Proficient in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD or Bentley MicroStation Excellent understanding of engineering design principles and construction processes Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve model issues Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders Demonstrated experience in delivering projects to high standards and within set timeline Working location: Tanah Merah / Tuas
