Key Responsibilities:
Develop 3D BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD.
Create high-quality renderings for design and presentation.
Prepare and coordinate Combined Services Drawings (CSD).
Perform clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of BIM related works experience.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion/Enscape.
* Familiar with MEP coordination and BIM standards.
