Job Description

Create accurate and organized structural Revit (BIM) models and/or AutoCAD drawings Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings according to project Prepares and manage 2D and 3D modelling, coordination, presentations/design drawings using Autodesk Revit & AutoCad Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation as per project requirements Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats Ensure model aligns with the standards ad goals set in BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria Accuracy in construction drawings and data extraction with other disciplines BIM platform Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently Ensure timely delivery of BIM models Ability to work independently and team work Collaborate and coordinate internally and/externally with other disciplines design and model changes Attend meetings if required Strong documentation and filings of drawings, coordinate design documentation with utilization of BIM software and tools

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, certification related to BIM Technology Minimum 2 years relevant experience Knowledge in Virtual Design Construction, REVIT and AutoCAD, Naviswork and MS Word Ability to read and understand architectural and structural construction documents * Excellent time management skills
