Job Description

Responsibilities:

Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage Able to produce and check construction shop drawings and as-built Able to coordinate and liaise with construction project stakeholders

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical At least 1 Year of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects Well versed in Revit and Navisworks * Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner
