Role: BIM Modeller

We are seeking motivated Junior BIM Modellers to support our growing portfolio of high-tech projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with BIM/REVIT training, looking to develop their skills in a dynamic engineering environment.

Responsibilities

Create and update 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and process systems. Assist senior BIM engineers in converting 2D drawings into accurate BIM models. Support coordination and clash detection across multi-discipline models. Generate shop drawings and as-built documentation from BIM models. Carry out basic site checks and update models with actual installation progress.

Requirements

Certificate in BIM, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline. Training or certification in

Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD

(mandatory). Fresh graduates are welcome;

1-2 years' experience

in BIM modelling will be an advantage. Knowledge of cleanroom, semiconductor, or MEP systems is a plus. * Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work under guidance of senior engineers.
