Jobs responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects. Assist in maintaining Good BIM practices. Assist for BIM Coordination offsite & onsite implementation. Explore 3D BIM authoring tools to leverage on the capability to enhance construction productivity. Producing Documents & Drawing for Approval & Construction. Work under direction of design professional and BIM Discipline Lead Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modelling Adhere to the BIM Project Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria Prepare own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings Ability to interchange /convert formats for collaboration internally and externally High level of communication and good writing skills Leveraging BIM software and tools as a method to coordinate design documentation

Educational Requirement:

Diploma or similar in one of the following disciplines:


Building (Architecture, Industrial Design, Projects & Facilities Management); Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure);

Job Requirement:

Dynamic with positive attitude. Passionate about BIM / VDC & Construction productivity. IT software savvy. Able to work independently as well as a team. Knowledge & familiarity with one of the following software: Revit Architecture/ Revit Structure/ Revit MEP / BIM Authoring & Reviewing software will be an advantage. Industry experience on a construction project will be an advantage. Years of experience required: Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in a construction project. * Entry level candidates with good academic record are welcome to apply.
