Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies, processes and standards of design works Coordinate with other Consultants and contractors on VDC Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before the release or exchange of the model with other parties Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years' experience in BIM-related work in the Construction industry Candidate must have HDB project drafting experience * Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP(Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office
