Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents.
Proficient with C&S/ Archi / M&E 3D Models.
Ensure that BIM models are delivered in quality, due diligence and timely manner.
Identify any discrepancies occurred for BIM models during the design stage.
Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.
Report daily activities and BIM progress.
Any other tasks or jobs assigned by team leader.
