Job Description

Work closely with Design Engineer to develop Drawing - Model for coordination and collaboration using Revit. Ensure construction documents, parameters and information accuracy for BIM Model. Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. Prepare shop drawings for approval. Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as built purposes. Monitor and update the model as per site condition changes. Able to import and integrate other 3D models from various softwares such as Sketchup, Rhino,etc. Follow BIM standards, Deliverables and Level of Development (LOD) required in the project. Creating and developing the Parametric Family as per the parameter depending on specialities of materials. Should be able to adopt with other BIM Modelling tools required in the project. In charge of the Clash Detection for A&S and reports. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of hands on experience in BIM Modeling work. Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude. Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools. (Autodesk Revit & Tekla). * Proficient in MS Office. (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
