Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform 3D BIM modeling for MEP services, with focus on ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) systems. Modeling for MEP Services (especially Plumbing and Sanitary Service) Provide AutoCAD drawings and BIM models to support the project team. Prepared shop drawing for submission and As-Built Drawings for site inspection. Update models based on the latest Engineer's Instructions (EIs) from consultants. Prepare and submit construction shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with project BIM standards. Develop standard installation details for the company and review them with engineers prior to submission. 3D Co-ordination & clash detection for MEP service in Revit and Navisworks Manage Coordinate with site engineers on detailed drawings, penetration layouts, and additional sketches required by consultants. Manage and submit Combined Services Drawings (CSD) for BIM coordination. Prepare and submit monthly BIM progress reports to the BIM Manager. Maintain accurate records of drawings, reports, and documentation for the project.
