Job Description

:

Responsible for generating technical drawings in accordance with Engineering Procedures. Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to understand project requirement and specifications. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders. Responsible for the preparation of the preliminary design sketches for projects. Assist in the coordination and integration of BIM models with other project disciplines. Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to AutoCAD and BIM. Responsible for preparation of the final design, including the required drafting and specification.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in M&E /Related fields At least 1 yr of working experience with BIM in MEP (Electrical) Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of drafting techniques, standards, and symbols. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferably with prior experience in the construction/buildingindustry Able to start work immediately or within short notice
